Update – Demonic Cave Expansion

The Demonic Cave grows darker and more dangerous… a brand-new boss has arrived!

🔥 New Boss: Infernal Demon

Following the recent Smouldering Demons update, the Infernal Demon now emerges from the depths. This is a high-level boss encounter designed with group play in mind, though skilled adventurers may still attempt it solo.

What to expect:

• Brand-new combat mechanics
• Extra drop table rewards
• Lowered unique drop rates
• Challenging, high-intensity gameplay
• Intended for multiple players, but soloable for the brave

This encounter aims to deliver a tougher, more rewarding end-game challenge with mechanics that will keep even veteran players on their toes.

Additional Changes & Improvements

Alongside the Infernal Demon’s arrival, several updates and fixes have been implemented across the game:

Pets

• Added 6 additional metamorphosis forms for the Empress Pet
• Added 2 missing metamorphosis forms for the Snakeling Pet

Hiscores & Boss Fixes

• Fixed an issue where the Infernal Demon was not properly displaying or saving on the hiscores
• Added extra failsafe checks for incorrect database entries on hiscores
  • These typically self-correct once a player achieves a valid kill count
  • The issue stemmed from older save files attempting to load newly added data, separate from actual KC variables

Balance Changes

• Adjusted the Infernal Demon’s max hit, which mistakenly reached an enraged max of 90 — now properly balanced

World Additions

• Max Hit Dummies have been added to Kourlamore for testing builds and damage

General

• Numerous bug fixes
• Various quality-of-life tweaks and performance improvements
