🎯 Event: “First to the Top” Competition

We’re adding a little spice to this update with a competition for the achievers! Be the first to hit any of the new hiscore milestones — including new Ironman modes — and you’ll earn a unique custom or cosmetic item, exclusive to this event. (All progress and verification are tracked via Discord.)

🥇 First Achievements Being Tracked

• 1st to 200m XP in each skill
• 1st to 99 in every skill
• 1st to achieve Max total level
• 1st to reach 1,950 total
• 1st to reach 1,850 total
• 1st to reach 1,750 total
• 1st to reach 1,500 total
• 1st to achieve 100 Boss KC
• 1st to obtain a Boss Pet Drop

Rewards: Each verified “First” will receive a unique cosmetic or custom item as a trophy of your achievement. These rewards are purely cosmetic — no gameplay advantage, just major bragging rights.

💬 General Improvements

• Smarter global chat censoring — improved filtering
• Added colour highlights to many in-game messages
• Added pet drops to global drop announcements

🎁 Clues & Drops

• Fixed clue casket interface delay (spam-click issue resolved)
• Skill clue despawn rate set to 66 ticks (~40s)
• Slayer chest loot rebalanced — removed iron ore, rune weapons and poor food; added improved items

🧍 Gameplay Fixes & Adjustments

• UIM fixes: full-inventory unnoting no longer disconnects players; added changeable unnote amount via bankers
• Added Miles to the Wilderness (item un-noter at a cost)
• More green dragon spawns in Wilderness
• Reduced respawn timers for cows, chickens, guards and goblins by 3× (now 30 ticks)
• Gnome Champion and Scurrius HP scaling adjusted (healing mechanic removed)

📜 Quality of Life

• Newbie Tasks now grant a Newbie Scroll showing the task and progress
• Newbie Tasks are now tracked on the hiscores system
• Added Buyable Quest Skip (~50k per QP) — no XP and becomes ineligible for Quest Cape
• Fixed arrow keys issue deleting the XPR selection
• Added ::s / ::sh mobile shortcuts for ::shift
• Rounded decimal numbers up on XP hiscores
